Cold Tea Reads

Cold Tea Reads

Cozy up with our bi-monthly book of choice and join us offline for some tea and meaningful conversations.

Cold Tea Collective launched its inaugural book club to celebrate Asian authors and discuss themes that resonate with the Asian community in November 2019.

The book we are reading is: How I Survived Ice Hockey, Drug Raids, Demons, and My Crazy Chinese Family by Lindsay Wong.

Read along and tag us on social media @coldteacollective #coldteareads with what you’re reading.

In light of public health directives, and in keeping with our commitment to health and well-being of the community, we have decided to postpone our Mar 26 Cold Tea Reads event until further notice.

We thank you for your understanding and are sorry to disappoint you. We know that especially in times of high anxiety, connecting with community can be comforting, but we must continue to do so in the safest and most responsible way we can.

We hope we can continue the conversation around health and wellness online through our content and social media channels.

Have you read the book? Let us know what your thoughts are.

We are working on setting up an interview with the author, what questions would you have for her? Please let us know at coldteareads@coldteacollective.com.

Alternatively, if you have a story to tell about how COVID-19 has impacted your life, we’re accepting pitches. Email tim@coldteacollective.com. More info on how to share your story here. Thank you for your support and enthusiasm for Asian stories and connecting with community. Stay tuned for our next list of book recommendations and other stories at coldteacollective.com.
