It’s that time of year. Whether it’s midterms, impending winter blahs, or just the general hectic pace of fall, November can leave you feeling a little burnt out. Luckily, TEDxSFU is here to deliver some much-needed inspiration!

TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share an experience like the famous TED Talks. TEDx events are typically more accessible and community-focused. They educate and inspire change within the regions that they’re held. Specifically, TEDxSFU aims to spark connections and discussion among students, alumni, and the broader community.

This year’s theme is Mosaic, which reflects the diverse community that comes together for TEDxSFU and the variety in speakers, backgrounds, and stories that will be shared throughout the night. The evening features an incredible lineup of speakers, including Racial Trauma Specialist and International Speaker, Ashley McGirt, Integrative Physician and author, Dr. Bal Pawa, and one of our very own, Cold Tea Collective Co-Founder and Executive Producer, Natasha Jung.

The day-long event take’s place on November 9 at the Vancouver Playhouse. Read more on all nine speakers online and get your tickets for what’s sure to be an inspiring and unforgettable night.
