Steven Ngo

Steven is a corporate/technology lawyer with top-tier legal experience in Canada and Southeast Asia. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, technology and corporate finance.

He is currently a director with the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers where he mentors law students and advocates for equity, justice and opportunity for Asian Canadian lawyers and the wider community.

Outside of law, he is an avid musician and community builder. He is the founder of Healing Using Music, Living Room Series and most recently, Beyond the A, an organization that focuses on destigmatizing anxiety and mental health in the legal profession.
